If there is a defect, damage, or issue with your art print, or if your order is not what you expected, please email us within 14 days of the delivery date via our contact form, with your order number included in the subject line.

Customers will not be refunded for original shipping costs on returns or missed deliveries. WALL SPACE ltd is not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during return shipping.

Returned prints must be sent back within 14 days in their original packaging, unused and in resaleable condition. Prints that show signs of damage, handling marks, creasing, bending, moisture damage, or improper packaging will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.

Sale items are non-returnable.
